This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you install and use our app through your Shopify store. When you install Smart Catalog, we may access the following information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: Domain name, store name, and email address (for communication and billing).
• Product Data: Titles, descriptions, images, prices, and SKUs to include in your catalogs.
• Collection Data: Collection titles and memberships to help organize your catalogs.
• Customer Segments: Access to customer group data to apply personalized pricing and discounts within your generated catalogs.
• Inventory Levels: Real-time stock information to display product availability directly in your digital catalogs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only to:

• Generate Catalogs: Transform your Shopify product data into beautiful PDF files.
• Manage Subscriptions: Track usage and handle billing through Shopify.
• Support: Respond to technical support requests sent through the app.

3. Data Retention and Sharing

We take your privacy seriously. We process product data temporarily to generate your PDF and do not store your full product database permanently on our servers. We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

4. GDPR and Data Rights

As a Shopify App, we comply with mandatory data requests, including Customer/Shop Redactions. You can request access or deletion by contacting us at support-smartcatalogs@velloflow.com.
